Dr. Ronald E. Smith, was the President of The Francis Asbury Society, Wilmore, Kentucky, earned his BA degree in Biblical Studies at Asbury College (1977), graduated with an MDiv degree from Asbury Theological Seminary in 1982, finished the ThM degree from Princeton Theological Seminary in The History of Christian Doctrine in 1990, and received the Masters of Philosophy degree and Doctor of Philosophy degree from the Casperson School of Graduate Studies, Drew University in 2005.
Ron is an ordained deacon and elder in the Greater New Jersey Conference of the United Methodist Church, and has served under appointment of the Bishop since 1982. Ron has served the local church as youth pastor, associate pastor, senior pastor and church planter. He served the Francis Asbury Society from 1993-1998 as a Fellow and for two years as Executive Director. In 1998 he was elected as the fifth president of Wesley Biblical Seminary in Jackson, Mississippi where he served for thirteen years. Upon retiring from the presidency, Ron rejoined The Francis Asbury Society in January of 2011 where he served as Executive Director and now as President.
Scott is husband to Meg and Dad to four boys; Tim, Ben, Josiah, and Eli. He grew up in Harrison Twp., graduated from Asbury College with a B. A. in Media Communication (‘06), and earned an M.Div. from Wesley Biblical Seminary (‘09). Prior to joining the staff at Trinity, Scott and Meg served as missionaries to Uganda with World Gospel Mission. He loves to see people engage their faith and be empowered to respond to God’s work in their lives. Scott is a reader, a runner, a guitarist, a sports fan, a self-admitted ‘coffee snob,’ and yes, that motorcycle you see in the church parking lot is his.
Jeremy Andrade was born in Pitman, NJ to Jennifer and Raul Andrade. Jeremy attended Pitman UMC and participated in many church activities, including playing guitar in the worship team, leading several small groups, and being a youth leader for four years. Jeremy graduated from Gloucester County Institute of Technology in 2012. In 2012, Jeremy’s mother, Jennifer Andrade, started La Palmilla Sponsored Children Program, providing the children of La Palmilla with school tuition and supplies for the entire school year. Jeremy helped his mother take mission teams to Mexico to construct a sanctuary. In 2017, Jeremy was called to serve in Colombia, where he spent two months volunteering at Compassion International centers. Jeremy finished his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Religion Studies with a concentration on Religion. Jeremy is soon to be married to Rebecca Dilks.
Director of Children’s Ministry
Kim, originally from Lansdale, PA, is married to Joe and together they have two boys, Ryan and Colin. They reside in Sewell, Washington Township where they enjoy family bike rides, fishing, and turtle catching in their backyard. Kim graduated from Penn State in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Letters, Arts, and Sciences (Liberal Arts) with a focus on Early Childhood, Sociology of the Family, and Child Psychology. Prior to working at Trinity, she was home with her boys and worked part-time as a preschool teacher’s aide. The Lord has given Kim a heart for children and a desire to work alongside families in discipling their children. When not at church, you can find her visiting with friends, crafting, coaching her son’s soccer team, camping/hiking, or playing on the beach with her family.
DIRECTOR of discipleship, leadership & Small group resources, & Women’s Ministry
Deb serves Trinity through discipleship ministries- small groups, women, and equipping leadership. Her education includes both BA and MA degrees, with certifications in elementary education, reading, and educational leadership - all earned at Rowan University. Following her passion to serve Christ and loving her family, Deb is a lifelong Phillies fan and huge enthusiast of all things geographic. She worked with the National Geographic Society as a Teacher Consultant and was Director of the National Geographic Bee for the state of New Jersey. She and her husband Steve are parents to three adult sons and two Brittany spaniels. Deb enjoys reading, crafting, junking, and all things related to history - especially the history of south Jersey.
DIRECTOR of Media and Communication
Ray was born, raised, and currently lives in Washington Township. He is a 2016 graduate of Washington Township High School and a 2019 graduate of Rowan University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Ray has a passion for music and began playing the piano and violin in the 2nd grade. He began sharing his passion in a liturgical setting at his home church, St. Charles Borromeo, in 2011. Then in 2016, Ray was hired as our organist at the 8:25 service here at Trinity. He continues to serve as organist.
Andrea is a member of Trinity and has been attending here since 2001. She is married to Mark and they have two children, Marissa and Luke. They reside in Mickleton. Andrea has previously worked as an Administrative Assistant and a certified legal transcriber. Andrea enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and loves the beach.

Tamah Freni received her Bachelors of Music degree in music education from Westminster Choir College in 1994, where she studied conducting under Constantina Tsolainou and James Jordan, and sang under the batons of Joseph Flummerfelt, Riccardo Muti and Robert Shaw. Since then, she has been teaching music in Camden County schools. Tamah resides in Gloucester Township with her husband Jason, three children, and their two rescue dogs.
