Dr. Ronald E. Smith, was the President of The Francis Asbury Society, Wilmore, Kentucky, earned his BA degree in Biblical Studies at Asbury College (1977), graduated with an MDiv degree from Asbury Theological Seminary in 1982, finished the ThM degree from Princeton Theological Seminary in The History of Christian Doctrine in 1990, and received the Masters of Philosophy degree and Doctor of Philosophy degree from the Casperson School of Graduate Studies, Drew University in 2005.
Ron is an ordained deacon and elder in the Greater New Jersey Conference of the United Methodist Church, and has served under appointment of the Bishop since 1982. Ron has served the local church as youth pastor, associate pastor, senior pastor and church planter. He served the Francis Asbury Society from 1993-1998 as a Fellow and for two years as Executive Director. In 1998 he was elected as the fifth president of Wesley Biblical Seminary in Jackson, Mississippi where he served for thirteen years. Upon retiring from the presidency, Ron rejoined The Francis Asbury Society in January of 2011 where he served as Executive Director and now as President.
Scott is husband to Meg and Dad to four boys; Tim, Ben, Josiah, and Eli. He grew up in Harrison Twp., graduated from Asbury College with a B. A. in Media Communication (‘06), and earned an M.Div. from Wesley Biblical Seminary (‘09). Prior to joining the staff at Trinity, Scott and Meg served as missionaries to Uganda with World Gospel Mission. He loves to see people engage their faith and be empowered to respond to God’s work in their lives. Scott is a reader, a runner, a guitarist, a sports fan, a self-admitted ‘coffee snob,’ and yes, that motorcycle you see in the church parking lot is his.

Mike serves full-time as our youth director and is responsible for leading our three youth ministry programs. He also manages and creates content and graphics for our print and social media communications and marketing. Mike graduated from Asbury College with a bachelor’s degree in English and from Georgetown College with a master’s degree in Education. He is currently a student at Moore College of Art & Design. In his free time, Mike enjoys taking photographs, hiking, watching classic movies, collecting vinyl records, and exploring with his kids. He resides in Pitman with his wife, Faith, and their two children.

Kim, originally from Lansdale, PA, is married to Joe and together they have two boys, Ryan and Colin. They reside in Sewell, Washington Township where they enjoy family bike rides, fishing, and turtle catching in their backyard. Kim graduated from Penn State in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Letters, Arts, and Sciences (Liberal Arts) with a focus on Early Childhood, Sociology of the Family, and Child Psychology. Prior to working at Trinity, she was home with her boys and worked part-time as a preschool teacher’s aide. The Lord has given Kim a heart for children and a desire to work alongside families in discipling their children. When not at church, you can find her visiting with friends, crafting, coaching her son’s soccer team, camping/hiking, or playing on the beach with her family.

Deb serves Trinity through discipleship ministries- small groups, women, and equipping leadership. Her education includes both BA and MA degrees, with certifications in elementary education, reading, and educational leadership - all earned at Rowan University. Following her passion to serve Christ and loving her family, Deb is a lifelong Phillies fan and huge enthusiast of all things geographic. She worked with the National Geographic Society as a Teacher Consultant and was Director of the National Geographic Bee for the state of New Jersey. She and her husband Steve are parents to three adult sons and two Brittany spaniels. Deb enjoys reading, crafting, junking, and all things related to history - especially the history of south Jersey.

Patrick serves full-time as our Media and Worship Coordinator. He is a graduate of Wilmington University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts and has prior experience working in various law offices as a paralegal. His passion for worship arts ministry is profound and he has applied that same zeal working as a worship leader for many years. Patrick loves taking trips to the beach, listening to newly discovered artists, writing and composing music, and considers himself a movie buff.
Andrea is a member of Trinity and has been attending here since 2001. She is married to Mark and they have two children, Marissa and Luke. They reside in Mickleton. Andrea has previously worked as an Administrative Assistant and a certified legal transcriber. Andrea enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and loves the beach.

Irene Gerbrick is a member of Trinity UMC and is the assistant to the Administrative Assistant, Andrea Buzby. Irene retired from Sony Music after working at the Pitman location in the Customer Service Dept. for 30 years. Irene has 3 children (whom she loves dearly) and 5 grandchildren who are truly amazing and special. Attending Trinity and working in the office puts her in contact with people who she is proud to say are like family. She thanks God every day for all He has given her.

Tamah Freni received her Bachelors of Music degree in music education from Westminster Choir College in 1994, where she studied conducting under Constantina Tsolainou and James Jordan, and sang under the batons of Joseph Flummerfelt, Riccardo Muti and Robert Shaw. Since then, she has been teaching music in Camden County schools. Tamah resides in Gloucester Township with her husband Jason, three children, and their two rescue dogs.
